Performance Homework

Land Art Garden

  • Material:
A plant pot, soil, various materials (can be improvised)
  • Preparation:
Select a famous piece of Land Art you like.
  • Task:
Re-create the Land Art of your choice in your plant pot.
  • Extra:
Bringing your eyes close to the miniature in the plant pot gives the illusion that you are at the site.
  • Note:
"Like many others, I have never visited these Land Art sites in real life. They exist in my imagination with the support of photographic documentation from books. I recreated Nancy Holt's Sun Tunnels in my plant pot, based on the first photo here."
